I first visited your shop in December of 2008 for new tires. I spoke with Amye Olson, your Assistant Manager. I wanted the factory tires but found that they had been discontinued. Amye informed me directly about the new model and personally provided enough information for me to make an intelligent decision. I also asked about nitrogen instead of air for the tires. I have never had someone take so mch time to provide such valuable technical explanations - resulting in me saving money.

When I returned for a tire rotation and asked about potentially needing to replace my clutch, Amye again explained to me directly that there were two options that would both work well, that were nearly the same price, but different in performance. 

Amye is not only very knowledgeable, I never feel as though she is misleading me in any way. I've never met anyone at a repair shop before that I trust as much as Amye. She tells me what needs to be done and what can wait. And I don't ever feel like I paid for something unnecessarily or had some misleading suggestion. 

Gurnee Tire is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and professional person working on staff. Thank you for providing such great service delivered by such great people.
